purchasing our services, including lead packages, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase or using our services.

1. Services Offered

We provide lead generation services, offering customer details ("leads") to businesses. Our packages are based on a weekly delivery model and are subject to the following options:

• 30 leads per week for 26 weeks at a total cost of ₹27,300.
• 30 leads per week for 52 weeks at a total cost of ₹54,600.
• 60 leads per week for 26 weeks at a total cost of ₹54,600.
• 60 leads per week for 52 weeks at a total cost of ₹99,840.
• 100 leads per week for 52 weeks at a total cost of ₹156,000.
• 150 leads per week for 52 weeks at a total cost of ₹234,000.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments can be made via Razorpay or any other available payment gateway.
• Payment for the selected package must be made upfront.
• No refunds are available for used leads or for leads already delivered.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for unused leads. Any payment made for used leads is non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation of the lead package, a refund will be processed for the remaining unused leads.
• The refund will be credited directly to the customer’s bank account, and the process will take 5-7 working days.
• To initiate a refund request, customers must contact us via Email :- info.searchsafe@gmail.com.
• No partial refunds will be provided for leads that have already been used or accessed.

4. Lead Usage

• The leads provided by us are intended exclusively for the purchasing business to connect with potential clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Reselling, distributing, or using the leads for any purposes other than those agreed upon may result in termination of the agreement without any refund.
• We do not guarantee that the leads provided will result in business relationships or sales. Our company only provides leads for pharmaceutical clients, and the responsibility of converting those leads into business lies solely with the purchaser.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• All leads must be accessed by the purchaser directly from our website.
• Leads are available for one week from the date of purchase. After one week, any unused leads will lapse and cannot be retrieved.

6. Pricing

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include any applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by price adjustments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab.
